We are excited to announce that the tenth annual Lindsay Matthews 5K Run & 1 Mi Walk will take place this summer after being canceled for the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This event brings such joy to our family that so many close friends and the greater Western New York Community have joined us in raising money to support the scholarships provided to Orchard Park High School graduates in Lindsay’s name and a celebration of Lindsay’s life. We look forward to seeing everyone come out for the event in July!

Event Type: Participants can either complete a 5K run or 1-mile walk.  Also, there will be a half-mile ‘Kids Fun Run’ for children 10 & under. For a map of the race, visit the ‘Location’ page on our website. This is a USA Track & Field (“USATF”) Sanctioned race.

Entry Fee:

• 5K Run – Register by July 1st for $22 and July 2nd to the day of event is $25.  Students are $15.
• 1 Mile Walk – $15.
• Kids Fun Run – $8

Divisions (Age Groups) & Awards: Runners Only.  Awards will be provided to the 1st overall male & female, as well as the top 3 male & female finishers in the following age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

T-Shirts: Dry fit t-shirts will be given to the first 350 registered!

Post Race Event: Chinese Auction, a magician for the children, food, music, and much more after the race!  Please join us!
