Join us for a community yoga class taught by Buff and Flo.

This class will focus on the foundations of yoga and will use gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body and quieting of the nervous system. All poses will be explained so that all experience levels can get the most out of their practice.

This event is open to all age groups, so bring the whole family!  Participants should bring their own water and a mat or towel.

This event is part of Orchard Park’s Quaker Days celebration and the Village of Orchard Park’s Summer in the Park festivities.
